Christal was a lovely lady and made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was even good at recommending what extensions would suit best. It was my first time getting these and i thought the extensions on my left eye looked not as secure and i was right. It hasnt been a week yet and i would need a new set. Apart from that it was a good experience!
