Horrendous. It will take years for my eyebrows to grow back after she left me with two tiny angry lines in place of my eyebrows when I had come in for a TRIM not an entire RESHAPE back to 1994. Left the place in tears. You would think with 30 years experience she would be better at consulting / clarifying / understanding what the client wants. I’m devastated
