This was my first time visiting. When I arrived the door was locked and the door bell did not seem to work. The lady did not seem to be aware of my appointment which maybe the reason why she was not welcoming. I am used of therapists wearing gloves but she put powder on my face without any, prior to waxing. I felt uncomfortable when the therapist started talking about my skin, I found her comments to be quite rude. Overall, I would not be returning.
