I was booked in for a 1 hour session without polish and instead my treatment was completed within 25 mins. I was not happy as the booking was for an hour and i paid for the treatment to be carried out and expected this. My staff member allocated could not be bothered to carry out my treatment as she sat in front of me watching tik tok videos and advised another colleague to carry out the treatment. My pedicure process missed some steps and i was not happy this was my first and last time here
