If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had and I left with a scar. I came for a pedicure, but instead of properly removing gel, they used a machine carelessly and cut into my toenail, causing it to bleed. They then told me to put my open wound back into dirty water—a huge health risk—and offered numbing solution instead of disinfectant. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. My feet looked worse than before. Avoid this place.
