i normally come to this shop to get my nails done and they do an amazing job but this time when i went in to get my acrylic toes removed they did a very disappointing job. On one of my nails they drilled it so much that now you can see the skin underneath my nail toe and on another 3 nails they are so red and weak that i can barely walk and at the end i had to pay full price???? crazy

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had and I left with a scar. I came for a pedicure, but instead of properly removing gel, they used a machine carelessly and cut into my toenail, causing it to bleed. They then told me to put my open wound back into dirty water—a huge health risk—and offered numbing solution instead of disinfectant. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. My feet looked worse than before. Avoid this place.
