Went for a head and shoulder massage , Choti found all the tension points from my upper back to my head. Felt much more relieved after the massage. Place is clean and tidy

Overall, it was a good experience however, I suffer with lower back problems which I explained at the start but there was a stretch move that made it worse. Still struggling with it.
