Though it says back neck and shoulder she did a whole body massage as I was tense everywhere. Felt a lot better afterwards. Will be coming back. The massage area is at the back of a hair salon so that keep in mind when you are looking for it. The bed has a headrest too unlike what a previous reviewer said
