Upon entering they didn't check my name, I was asked what massage I booked after the 'massage' started,the massage itself was mediocre and definitely felt like the therapist was just 'going through generic motions' rather than insisting when feeling sore muscles. The massage was far from relaxing, having been interrupted multiple times by the doorbell and other therapists talking through the door.
