Communication is on a very basic level. There were no health issues discussed. I was wiped with a smelly hot towel. I asked for non oil Thai massage I was given a fusion Swedish/ Thai with oil! Despite me asking to be careful with the pressure on my legs due to a condition, the therapist applied extreme pressure. Said extreme pressure caused internal bleeding on my back. I asked twice to avoid my scapula but she kept on pressing on the edge of it like possessed. Unprofessional service injured me
