I expected more back massage and less rubbing with oil. 30% of my massage consisted of rubbing my arms with oil. The lady was pleasant though and the atmosphere was relaxing. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and it definitely reduced the pain.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage. At first I wasn’t sure as it was in a hairdressers and quite small. The massage rooms were at the back. However as soon as you enter the massage room, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I was asked how deep I wanted the massage and Nara listened. I was relaxed the whole time and all my tired muscles felt great after. Nara even stretched my back for me at the end. I left feeling relaxed and reenergised. Perfect

I have been having back pain for months and could not even move freely, even though I tried very hard to stretch, do exercise to relieve it but not working well. Received an excellent message by Nara, she focused on my problem and my back is 50% less painful

Nara was fantastic, she ensured to check an my pain areas, gave great advice and the whole massage itself was amazing my body felt amazing and very relaxed. Definitely going to come back next month and keep this as a regular!
