Usually excellent, but on this occasion the member of staff was not as skilled as the previous practitioners. I left with some residual knots and a new ache! But still have faith in Choti’s & will return & be more specific about my problem areas.

The massage room is in a hair salon and the environment is very unwelcoming. I felt scared of the woman massaging me as she was very rude and the massage began late and there was zero communication. When I asked if the massage started at 2pm I was repeatedly told to sit down. There was no apology. I couldn’t believe how rude this woman was who was then going to massage me. I felt uncomfortable and even more stressed. The massage itself was good quality though and she was attentive throughout.
