I had my hair cut by Zoe this morning. Zoe did an amazing job - she listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. I would highly recommend booking an appointment at Chop Chop. I will be back!

I have specified what I want my waves to look like - WAVES, not curls - even showed Lana a picture of what I mean by this - and she just completely disregarded it, made the perm curly and cut it very short - I looked like a sheep!. Also, she didn't put anything to prevent the perm chemical from dripping onto my face, which irritated my skin... Best thing is when I looked with amusement at the reflection in the mirror, she said 'if you don't like it it's YOUR FAULT, not mine'

I had every confidence that chop chop would be doing what they can to be safe with covid, & they most definately are. The place has always been clean and pleasant. The staff put you at ease, which is more needed now. No matter who cuts my hair I always get compliments & am pleased with the cut. Genuinely lovely staff :)
