Twice now I turn up for my appointment and hey have another person. Apparently their 'internet dow not work' so phone bookings only... I say- do not bother.

I've already left a detailed review elsewhere online so I won't write it all again, but in a nutshell, this is not a good salon for someone like me who has very long hair and is nervous about getting it cut. The stylist seems like a nice person but she didn't understand at all about the psychology of having long hair and I had quite an unpleasant experience. The haircut felt rushed and I felt that I wasted my time and money. I won't be coming again because it's not the right place for me.
