I've already left a detailed review elsewhere online so I won't write it all again, but in a nutshell, this is not a good salon for someone like me who has very long hair and is nervous about getting it cut. The stylist seems like a nice person but she didn't understand at all about the psychology of having long hair and I had quite an unpleasant experience. The haircut felt rushed and I felt that I wasted my time and money. I won't be coming again because it's not the right place for me.

Overall I was pleased with the service, however my beard was not all evenly trimmed. My chin hair is longer than the rest of my beard, so I may have to even it out myself. Lastly, the shaping up of my beard cost double, which I was not aware of before, so being a little more clearer in the price range would be more helpful in the future. I will go again but just for the trimming of the beard this time.
