I had previously had an excellent haircut with Zoe, unfortunately she was no available today so was given a different stylist. I asked for a 1inch trim and some long layers. I received a hacking of my hair, including about 5 inches being taken off in parts plus it’s extremely uneven at the back. Would not recommend AT ALL.

I asked Lana not to cut much off because I was trying to grow it out. She was going to tidy the layers but the woman took whole chunks off, it was blow dried but I always wear my hair curly so today its horrific. Way too short, it looks absolutely awful now. I cant go out like this. Plus she banged her brush in my eye which really hurt and she did nothing.

Zoe was great I had highlights and was happy with my hair.
The problem was I tried to cancel beacuse I wanted to rearrange for some other time but unfortunatley I booked with treatwell .treatwell was happy to cancel but no refund.so it was very annoying . It the service at chop chop but very unhappy with treatwell.
