My haircut was done by their new stylist Ingrid. She was able to advise on and carry out a restyle on my hair, making sure I was happy before cutting my new fringe in. She was very friendly and capable.

Not made to feel welcome initially as apparently Treatwell bookings aren’t made long enough and don’t fit in with schedule. Hair cut was good however and hairdresser was friendly after initial disgruntlement. Pulling old hair from brush before using.
