Alison understands how I like her to cut my hair, and as a profoundly deaf customer it is reassuring to have someone who makes sure we both understand each other before she starts cutting. The salon is very inclusive and it’s nice to have found somewhere I feel comfortable.

The salon has a central position in Twickenham, easy to find. Very welcoming when entering. Full discussion with Alison on understanding exactly how I wanted my hair styled.
She spent time and effort to.look carefully at my pictures provided. Easy to chat to, and felt relaxed and confident with her continued professional approach while styling my hair. Lovely cut and blow dry, I will be returning for Alison to style my hair again.
