This used to be the best nail salon in Ealing but has really fallen from grace.
I went in for infills and was made to wait fifteen minutes even though I had prebooked. This wouldn’t have been an issue but all other nail techs were free and sitting idle!
Next gel was applied unevenly and lumpy to each of my nails. As I watched closely the tech tried to rectify but ended up layering shellac five times for a smooth finish.
Replace your techs with experienced women or you risk losing business!
