Quite possibly the best nail bar in London! I found Chocolate & Nails earlier this year after searching around for a place that does nail art, little did I know that I would get hooked! I have come back every few weeks.
Their customer service is absolutely top-tier; everyone I’ve spoken to at reception is lovely and friendly, and they’ve accommodated some last-minute changes and requests with zero issues. I’m always greeted by name. Prices are excellent as well.

I have just moved to the area and found this place in Ealing. My first impression of the customer service was brilliant, they make you feel very welcome offer you tea and cofee and engage in conversation while working hard.
I went in to check them out had a gel infill done, and came back the next day to have a pedicure done.
I would say 5* rating for them.

Simply put...these girls are the best! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I can't go more than a month without coming. The designs the girls are able to do are hands down the best I seen London. The salon is very clean, sterilised tools used for every customer, with free chocolate!
