I just came to the UK from HK. I was looking for a good place for pedicure and I picked Chocolate & Nails as they have very good comments from the internet. The menicurist is very nice and professional. The gel colour collection is a little limited but good enough for me. The overall experience was very good. I truly enjoyed my first pedicure in London.

Alina was wonderful. My nails look amazing and she was so lovely. The whole experience was great, from the episodes of Friends playing, to the fabulous fresh coffee, to the chocolates, to the hundreds of colours and styles to choose. The pedicure chair was super comfy and all in all I had a brilliant time!

The shop looks very nice from the outside but the experience was not matched.
Not very warm staff, no interaction with the customer,
I had paid online and when I left someone ran after me and accused me in the street of not having paid which I thought was embarrassing in front of other passers by. I came back in the shop to show my proof of purchase and bank statement which she grumpily accepted without offering an apologies. I will not be back.
