Alina was wonderful. My nails look amazing and she was so lovely. The whole experience was great, from the episodes of Friends playing, to the fabulous fresh coffee, to the chocolates, to the hundreds of colours and styles to choose. The pedicure chair was super comfy and all in all I had a brilliant time!

The shop looks very nice from the outside but the experience was not matched.
Not very warm staff, no interaction with the customer,
I had paid online and when I left someone ran after me and accused me in the street of not having paid which I thought was embarrassing in front of other passers by. I came back in the shop to show my proof of purchase and bank statement which she grumpily accepted without offering an apologies. I will not be back.

I booked a luxury pedicure here and the team were friendly and made me feel welcome. The salon itself is beautifully designed and the chairs were gorgeous. I felt very pampered and loved the foot spa and I came out very pleased with my pedicure!

I was going on holiday, so thought it'd be nice to treat myself. My appointment time was moved, but the salon called ahead to make sure it was ok. Upon arrival, it was quite busy (definitely seemed a popular spot with regulars), but very welcoming. Was offered a lovely hot drink; as I'd booked a luxury pedi, it also came with a glass of wine. Natasha was amazing, gentle and so reassuring, especially as I don't do this often. Will definitely come back as Natasha boosted my confidence. Thank you.x
