My original app kept getting changed multiple times, on arrival they had to rush and do both my appointments cause of lap over, I didn’t feel relaxed both pedicure and acrylic was rushed, my feet don’t feel like I had a pedicure at all. Time managing is lacking here, dairy needs to be better managed, it always seems rushed, this company needs to sort their booking system out and give more time between clients (client care is important for a business) and your staff isn’t robots. £75 wasted.
Nail techs were friendly and I enjoyed my pedicure. I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and she agreed it was fine to do
The colour chart was surprisingly limited and disappointing. There was a lengthy wait between my pedi and mani resulting in my acrylics being rushed and being told I couldn’t have the nail art I wanted as I hadn’t booked for the art. I was at the salon 4hours. The nails still looked very nice but acrylics are lifting only one week later.
