I really like Chocolate and Nail but as seen this weekend and in previous trips, appointment do not run on time. I was not affected this time but other ladies were. The girls in the shop are amazing and work really, really hard but when appointments are made, its important to the client that they are seen on time. If this is not possible, you need to let the client know, as soon as you can so arrangements can be made or the appointment cancelled.

From the offset Nadia didn’t make the experience nice, usually you are offered a coffee or a drink she didn’t even show me the nail colours. We had a miss understanding around which treatment I was having which she wasn’t happy to help resolved. The actual treatment she filed my nails too short and all different lengths I asked her to please if they had to be shorter at least make them the same length which she didn’t, the polish looks like ombré as it needed a third coat which she didn’t do.
