I had manicure and pedicure with Adel. I would describe it as awarage, cuticle work could be better. Based on the very good rating and reviews my expectations were higher.

I asked about the difference between treatments which the receptionist politely answered. We picked one & she told the nail tech who then came over and confused me, so I had some follow-up Qs. I felt the nail tech became impatient & rude, before another tech who had nothing to do with my appt patronised me in front of the whole salon. If I hadn’t pre-paid I would've left. A few of my fingers got hurt during drilling with one bleeding now. Expensive & Bad Service. When I left I burst out crying.
