Kat was lovely. For the length of the appointment it was great.
Compared to the last technician, this reapply was not as thorough, but it was an express appointment so that could have been why. Last time it was full length and the finish was excellent. This time i had to file some rough edges myself, but all in all i was pleased ;)

I asked if Marta had time to do French tips, she said yes. I asked for my tips to be longer & when I asked again when I felt they were too short, she told me off as my manicure was taking her too long & she had other clients waiting, so my nails were done how Marta liked. 4 nails chipped the next morning, had to come back to get them fixed. Please give these ladies more time to do manicures, it’s not cheap, it was rushed and my experience is now ruined at chocolate & nails, I won’t be returning.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails, best salon in Ealing. Clean, professional and 10/10 service every time. My shellac manicures last weeks and weeks! I love it here
