Appt ran about 20 mins late which I don't mind except no acknowledgement/apology offered for running behind. She asks what nail &I said french mani. She rudely says no time for that & that's she's very busy and I didn't book French. I explained that treatwell wouldn't let me book the french unless as addon only. She says I should have called because that's what people have to do (not mentioned on treatwell?).Tells me either rebook or normal mani now but rushes me saying she's busy after 10seconds

The venue was covered in dust and looked a bit dirty and run down. We had to wait around a bit for our treatment as they were on a smoke break. They didn't really pay too much attention to the reference image for the nail art. It looked really basic, like really basic. I could have done a better job myself. It was massively overpriced for what we got. They have a range of the OPI colours but they are very limited, we had looked online at their range and they only had similar ones to choose from
