’ve noticed that whenever I book a specific person for my nails, someone else ends up doing them instead. This has happened more than twice now, and it’s disappointing because when clients choose someone, it’s because they really value their work and want to return to them.
The person who did my nails this time was okay, but not at the same level as the technician I had selected, who is excellent. It would be really helpful if the app could be updated

Good treatment and Nassy went the extra mile for my removal, but the lady at reception was listening to annoying videos on her phone, with the volume up high…not exactly relaxing!
