Absolutely LOVE my nails, I had added nail art and showed Kat what I would like. She helped me pick colours and created the leopard print perfectly. They were exactly what I wanted and she took great care getting it just right :-)

Over buffed my nails, my nail bed hurts, my nails have now thinned as a result, naturally my nails are really strong and they were strong after the old shellac was removed, but then over buffed. They have dips and some nails are thin where I always have a nice natural elevation.
Shape not as it was from the last mani. Marta is lovely & friendly, the colour application and cuticles on the manicure perfect, she was precise and attention to detail was noticed.

I honestly hate the removal here. It’s always so rushed and as soon as I get home I must fix my nails because they are in rough shape. Don’t know if that how it should be because I haven’t used another shop for my nails.
It takes them time to come back to their usual health a while. They chip and are very weak. I’d prefer if they haven’t rushed so much and took their time.

The therapist and treatment were good, however k booked with my usual therapist and this is not the first time they swap and change . This time she wasn’t even at this branch. If we book a therpaist it’s because we want that one.
