Overall the experience was okay, Sana did a fantastic job, but the space wasn’t the most comfortable / relaxing (seats etc not super comfortable), and they weren’t able to offer the spa pedicure I had booked (and prepaid) for due to an issue with their supplier, though it did seem that was out of their control. They couldn’t refund me so they offered to provide a credit, which I haven’t received yet. The team was very kind and attentive, I just didn’t really get what I came for personally
