I had been going to Chocolate & Nails for two years, but I won't be going again after a few bad experiences. On this visit and the last two I was left waiting between 15 and 40(!) mins after my appt time for my appt to start. The place is starting to look very scruffy. They have so many clients that no cleaning goes on and everything is covered in nail dust. The technicians really vary in skill and even if you book with one you know to be good, no guarantees you get them.

Great staff and service. I was impressed by the patience of the staff as I had my young baby with me and they were very understanding. I was very pleased with my manicure with biab. The results were superb and I’m happy to recommend the salon.
