Hello love, the drill was used on nails. My nails are left very weak and dehydrated and still residue on the edges. The nails are all different shapes. Finger nails hurting from the drill. It’s not the staff fault as she looked so tired I felt guilty. I’m going to have to get my nails fixed somewhere else tomorrow :(

I had been going to Chocolate & Nails for two years, but I won't be going again after a few bad experiences. On this visit and the last two I was left waiting between 15 and 40(!) mins after my appt time for my appt to start. The place is starting to look very scruffy. They have so many clients that no cleaning goes on and everything is covered in nail dust. The technicians really vary in skill and even if you book with one you know to be good, no guarantees you get them.
