When I arrived the team didn’t really make me feel welcomed or explained that they were running late. Only half way she realised I had to get the shellac removed also from my toes, she could have checked the booking. When the next customer arrived, as she realised she was running late, she starting rushing everything. My hand nails were bluffed/filled with a really coarse file which has left my nails in a really bad shape full of scratches. They were not even shaped evenly. I will not return.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
I have been doing my nails in Chocolate & Nails (Ealing Broadway) and I love the atmosphere, how everyone treats you well and it’s a very comforting saloon. This week I have gone there to do my nails and I absolutely loved Teresa, such a lovely professional and honestly my nails never looked better! Also, Paula and the manager are such lovely people. I have recently moved to Canary Wharf but I don’t mind going all the way to Ealing so I can have a wonderful experience and be happy with my nails!

I love C&N, haven't gone elsewhere for my nails since I discovered them. Lovely and talented nail technicians, a really pleasant atmosphere, and I have really caught up on Friends :)

I would like to give five stars to this place. But unfortunately my shellac chipped off on the third day. Very disappointing.

I’ve tried many nail places and nothing compares. All the staff were very welcoming, pleasant and professional. Christina was very kind, she talked me through exactly what she was going to do next and gave me a brilliant manicure with gel nails application.
I was offered a choice of hot drinks, I had a lovely latte and they had lots of chocolates to hand.
Really glad I gave Chocolate & Nails a go and really look forward to booking my next appointment in with them.
