Ok I'm not going to be nasty because Paola was extremely nice but first. I had made an appointment with Teresa and there was no explanation as to why i was having Paola. Also most important i wasn't sure if the therapist was fully trained there seemed to be a few mistakes and corrections after the polish went on. Look saying that she was very friendly and the nails aren’t too bad but for 40 quid they could of been better.

The place has a great atmosphere, extra points for Friends being on TV. Theresa was fantastic, she literally read my mind about the colour I wanted. Massage at the end felt really good, I could have sat there all day. 5 stars for everything
