As always, a lovely experience. The staff are friendly and inviting and always offer excellent service. I had a snap in my nail bed in both sides of one nail, and was concerned of it breaking completely, it didn't hurt at this point, but I worried about the drilling/filling/buffering stage of the removal would cause pain and break off. When I explained this to Nadia, she listened and took great care in the removal. No pain at all! She also reinforced it with some gel, which is fab! 5 Stars!
