It doesn’t let me write enough. But I booked for something, they started doing something else. Tried to overcharge me and did the process completely different to previous times, when flagged, I was asked to pay more money. After explaining why I was getting frustrated I was being attacked by a member of staff and another person that was doing her nails.

The nail station is not comfortable. Chairs too low for a platform too high, made higher with wooden stands to place arms on. Not enough space for the knees or legs. I got a back ache getting my nails done. Alona was kind and pressured by peers to work quicker, causing the side edges of my gelling manicure to be not straight. I am OCD and this will be annoying to see every time on my nails until the next time I do my nails.
