Took very long time to do infills. Technician spoke very little English so was difficult for her to understand what I wanted. The extra add on charges were comparatively high. Wasn't offered any chocolates (as per the niche of the company's marketing... It's called chocolate and nails and I have seen it offered to others). The nails have chip marks after only 2 days. Tried to double my charge on the way out, saying that the payment I made on Treatwell didn't come through, even though I had proof

Manicure looks great but they were missing a few of the colours I requested so ended up going for a colour I didn't really want. Venue is nice enough but the chair is uncomfortably far from the manicurist leaving you leaning forward

Teresa was friendly and knowledgable. I’m very specific about the shape and length of my nails. I like them short and that oddly seems to be a problem in other salons. She was super accommodating and very exacting. Highly recommend her and will ask for her next time without doubt.
