I've been here a couple of times and the mani/pedi is always excellent but I don't think I'll be back after my last visit. I was asked to come early but then my appointment started 20 minutes later even though another client came in later and was seen to immediately. However the first technician scraped me so badly on the ankle bone with a file that I started bleeding. They knocked off some money and were very prompt with switching out the technician but I don't want to go through this again.
I came to do my nails after having my appointment changed. I attended and asked for a little bit of alteration and the manager told my therapist that there is no time she can’t do it for me and then the manager asked me to pay £10 even though that she is the one that refused my treatment
The technician was great as usual, but the overall experience left something to be desired this time. The manager in charge refused to stamp my loyalty card because I booked online with a small discount (although I have been going there for a year and never faced a similar situation), and while I was there there were other clients not able to get the services they booked for, and a lot misunderstandings taking place. I felt like customer service wasn't great this day.
