Was told on arrival that price for manicure and pedicure was £70 plus not £43 as given at booking.. The assistant was not interested in looking at the confirmation email from you I arrived at 11am but was not seen until 11.15. As I had a lunch appointment had to be finished by 12noon so had the pedicure only.
