This is my 3rd time getting my nails done at Chocolate and Nails. Previous 2 times, I had good service and I was very happy with the quality of manicures however, they don’t cut your cuticles and generally I thought that was part of the “manicure” aspect. This time I specifically asked for someone who can do cuticles. Julia was good however she made my nails very thick, she didn’t use a liner brush to get close to the cuticle so my nails look grown out already 2 days later. I wouldn’t go back.
