Anna is an absolute star! She is lovely, friendly and a professional. My only concern was with the fact that when I went in last time my appointment was scheduled for 6:30 pm and it was nearly 7 pm when I got seen by Anna. I want to stress that this was in no way her fault whatsoever. She was alone with just one other colleague and there were 4 people in total with appointments that evening, me and other customers felt really bad for Anna and her colleague. It showed lack of proper management.
