I don't have many manicures, but I really enjoyed my experience. Friendly, efficient and lovely nails at the end of it.

Confusing menu options, rude manicurist (not the one I was supposed to see), and because of unclear menu items/ scheduling restraints, I did not receive the manicure I went there for. The owner offered a change, so I was asked to pay additionally for the removal, and she said she'd give me refund for what I originally paid for. I have yet to see any evidence of that refund. So now, I have paid over £40 for a 15 minute gel removal, when what I wanted was a full manicure.

Care and attention given to my nails but salon looks a bit tired around the edges so not sure can justify premium to remove shellac.
