I am disappointed with the service I received. I opted for Biab infills and noticed that the nail technician wasn’t removing my cuticles. I asked her if my cuticles were ok and she said they were fine. But I didn’t like the overall look of my nails. I asked her if she could remove the cuticles but she said no because some had already been painted. She spoke to her supervisor, then removed them. I have been having manicures for years this should have been standard practice. I will not revisit
