I had my treatment five days ago, and the results have been quite painful. My nails or the area under them are bruised from them sanding the nails instead of cutting them properly. I'm still waiting for them to heal, but this definitely wasn't the experience or outcome I was expecting.

I just found the atmosphere a little hostile. This isn’t my regular place I go to, but would expect a bit of a friendlier atmosphere. Felt like I was to blame for a lot. Charge for colour which I think is a tad ridiculous especially when the majority of places don’t. A treatment I booked was left out. It wasn’t bad, but could have been better. I probably won’t be returning to say the least.
