I just found the atmosphere a little hostile. This isn’t my regular place I go to, but would expect a bit of a friendlier atmosphere. Felt like I was to blame for a lot. Charge for colour which I think is a tad ridiculous especially when the majority of places don’t. A treatment I booked was left out. It wasn’t bad, but could have been better. I probably won’t be returning to say the least.
