Really cannot rate higher. The ONLY nail technician that has noticed or cared that I have thin nails. The time and attention to detail are unmatched anywhere else I have been. Really pleased with my nails, definitely be back here

Converted! BIAB forever. I've had acrylic for the past 6 months. Had to get it removed and give my nails a rest. Went to Cloe with natural nails and tried BIAB and it's amazing. So much lighter, so natural and my nails look like they belong to me - not like heavy, fortified spoons! The -MANIFEST- salon - wowww; the vibe there is just like the nails - light, calm and comfortable. No turning back for me will deffo be going back to Chloe @ -MANIFEST-
