Hi Beverley, Thank you for your kind review.
I would like to apologise for running 45 minutes late. Sometimes services can not go to plan and stylists may run behind. I would just like to add back in 2018 I did not have an assistant and was not able to keep track of time. However i understand that this was not your concern.
I do not use yelp for reviews but I now have a healthy clientele and have been going strong ever since. No bad reviews unlike this one on 'Yelp'..
I hope that one day when you return to the UK I can provide you with another 'decent' hair cut and a 'good' colour.

I have been seeing Chloe for over 5 years and even though I have now moved out of London I will not see anyone else. She always takes the time to listen and has completely transformed the health and look of my hair. She is a genuine, caring and extremely talented person who always puts her clients needs first. I'm absolutely amazed at how talented, sweet and dedicated Chloe is! I have never had such an incredible and positive experience with a hair stylist before. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, explained every bit of the process along the way and went above and beyond to make my hair look like a dream!
