The moment you walk in your greeted by the team not just your therapist so you feel right at home and comfortable. Kitty looked after my 9 year daughter impeccably!!! Telling her exactly what she was going to do and constantly asking if she was ok. This was her first facial and she absolutely loved it!!! Thank you kitty for making this so enjoyable and we will definitely be back🥰
