It’s a shame because I’ve had really good previous appointments, but my most recent one has left me choosing other salons in future. All staff were sat around on their phones and weren’t welcoming. I was charged an extra £5 in cash at the salon and was told not to book and pay through the app in future. No cuticle work was done and I had to ask for oil and hand cream. The gel has been applied lazily and looks pretty poor, bled onto my cuticles and gel was cured onto my skin. Won’t be returning.

Despite paying for the treatments online I was charged an extra £30 in the store and I can’t understand why as I got what I paid for on the app.
