After my nails were done I was asked to pay extra 10£
Before procedure I showed a picture what I want and a specialist didn’t tell it will be an extra charge and a result was far away from a picture

Despite booking, I waited 30 mins to be seen, and was given a shellac manicure even though I booked classic (I said classic manicure as I arrived) and so as I wasn’t really concentrating, I had to pay a surcharge before leaving. Also they were cash only and I didn’t have cash so had to pay using a bank transfer. It was very strange. And for £30 I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of the manicure unfortunately.

The nails extensions with gel polish were chipped quite fast. Otherwise, everything was okay.
